For almost two week now I have been REALLY hungry. All the time I'm hungry. The thing is nothing sounds good, and when I do eat something it doesn't taste good, and I get this sharp, horrible pain that goes from my upper abdominal area to my chest. I don't usually see a doctor unless I have a fever, I'm not eating much though. Should this be a concern? Or will it past? I don't know if this matters but I haven't had a bowel movement in like a week, and laxatives aren't working.

Definitely go and see your doctor if laxatives aren't working.
You don't have to have a fever for something to be serious. I don't mean to worry you but pain is never a good sign.

One thing that doesn't hurt my stomach is ice cream, is it healthier to eat only ice cream until I see a dr. or not to eat anything?

I'd say if ice cream is the one thing that doesn't hurt, then eat ice cream. As long as it's just until you see a doctor I don't see anything wrong with it. Besides, better to eat somethng unhealthy then not eat anything at all.
