I really want to go to the doctor to find out if there's something wrong but I don't have health insurance at the moment so I just need to ask for advice to see if it could be serious...anyways for almost the past 2 months I've been extremely nauseous to the point where I sometimes throw up and now all the time recently i've been getting dizzy, where i almost faint and i've never been dizzy before like this in my life, I can't even go to the gym anymore because i've been so dizzy
...and i've been extremely tired and getting headaches and lower back pain a lot! and I know it's not normal to feel like that especially for almost 2 months! It really scared me and I thought maybe I was pregnant, but I'm not because I got my period, even though my last 2 periods were really weird and only lasted 2 days instead of 5 like it usually does...So I have no clue what it could be...Has anything like this happened to anyone? Does anyone know what it could be??Thanksss <3 |

Just to completely eliminate the possibility I would advise buying a pregnancy test. You mentioned an inconsistency with your periods, so if you're not pregnant it might just be your hormones acting up.
Either way, try to evaluate your stress level, personally my stress manifests itself physically... Ginger tea is a good home remedy for nausea, and you might check your eating schedule to see if you've ingested anything unusual lately. And make sure you're getting enough water. And do try to get to a doctor. I realize there is the financial difficulty, but if it doesn't clear up soon (as in the next few days) you really need to get professionally assessed. Good luck dear! |
