Urgent painkiller advice -

I tried googling this but everything said "check the label" on the pills. I took "Brufen" a little while ago for a headache, it's a brand of ibuprofen ... thing is the headache hasn't gone it's only gotten worse. It's getting to the point I'm dizzy and sick and it hurts to have my eyes open.
I have paracetomol with codeine (like co-codamol) as well but I don't know if I can take it too. I know paracetomol and ibuprofen are OK, but I only have the paracetomol with codeine :/ should it be OK?? I'm only taking recommended doses if that changes anything. How long ago was it that you took the ibuprofen? I know that you're suppose to take them within x amount of hours of each other so if that time has passed, I'd think it'd be okay to take paracetamol because you're not taking them on top of each other cause the amount of time between the two has passed.

Hey there,
Sorry if this it too late but for future reference you can take ibuprofen and codeine together without any adverse effects. There are some combined painkillers with codeine and ibuprofen in and if you couldn't take the two together then they wouldn't be allowed to sell them and you already said you're aware that paracetamol and ibuprofen can be taken together. Take care and I hope this helps, if not now then in future you'll know
