I think that it is possable that your immune system has lowered. When your sick the white blood cells fight off the issue / virus. And when you countinuiously get sick without a large break your white blood cells do not reporduce in time thus leaving your body even more unprotected. Obviously this doctor you have isnt doing everything he should be doing; I reccommend going to a specialist doctor that covers immune systems.

I agree this does not sound normal and it could be something with your immune system. Definitely would suggest seeing a doctor or a different doctor.
Granted, I had 3 UTIs in just two months and a kidney infection. It turned out I had an underlying infection. But you have so many unrelated illnesses, I have no idea what to make of it other than your immune system. In the meantime, definitely up your Vitamin C intake. Try some teas like green tea or chamomile. Fruits are your best friend right now. Vitamin A and Vitamin B2 are ones you may want to try and see how they work for you. Greek plain yogurt can help as well. Garlic has always been considered "mystical" due to its healing properties, so don't eat enough to where you're sweating it, but adding it to your diet could be helpful. Hope this helps until you find out what is going on. So you have gray hair and you're only 26
that's just another reason I love you... ![]() ![]() ![]() |
