Getting wisdom teeth removed -

Friday morning I have to get all 3 of my wisdom teeth removed. I am really, really worried about this. I've heard so many different things from people about what it's like, that I don't really know what do expect?
Anyone who's had this done before, can you maybe give me any advice to help me not panic?
