Ticklish feeling? - January 5th 2012, 06:39 PM

Well, lately like the past few nights.. I've had this problem in my neck where it feels like someone is pushing on the back of it and it tickles or feelings like it tingles. But, it's super annoying. I have this problem with my spine, too. Like when I'm trying to sleep and someone is talking or has the tv volume on. It just makes my spine feel tingly and I can't sleep. Does anyone know what could be causing this for my neck, though? Cause, I barely get any sleep.

Were you nervous or anxious at the time? Sounds like that might be it, try blocking out those sounds with ilke ear plugs or if you can find a cd of like soothing sounds such as rain, the ocean, etc that might help too.

I have no idea what this is, but since it is bothering you enough, I think you should go to a doctor. Hopefully someone else can come along and provide some better incite, but even googling stuff came up with nothing for me

Also, what Amber said is a good thought though. It may be anxiety.

I've not heard of anything like this. If you hadn't said about the noise making the tingling sensation then I would suggest it could be a trapped nerve. I would, however, strongly suggest that you go to a doctor. It could be nothing but it's worth getting it checked out.

I hope you find out what's causing it.
