First, try using a strong mouth wash like Listerine, it could be the beginning of an infection. If not, try sucking on ice cubes, popsicles or ice cream etc, your teeth could be shifting.
If the pain keeps up, see your doctor or a dentist. If you need someone to talk to, my PM box is always open.

Floss, the pain you could be feeling could be your gums receding which is bad.. Your best bet is to make a dentist appointment as soon as possible and have an exam done but for now, brush and floss daily.

I agree with the above users.
It could be gums receding or an infection starting. So start your day by flossing, brushing teeth. Around lunch, repeat. At bedtime mouth rinse, floss, brush teeth. I suppose you could do them in any order, but definitely get mouth rinse in there once a day and flossing. If you can floss two times a day, great. I know I'm pretty busy so I can only do mouth rinse and floss at night, but that's better than never
So you have gray hair and you're only 26
that's just another reason I love you... ![]() ![]() ![]() |

You could also use something such as orajel. And maybe its about time to start thinking about registering yourself with a Dr and a dentist. Because if they hurt for a long time like over a period of a week - two weeks you will probably need to see a dentist!
