Unhappy Cellulite! - January 23rd 2012, 05:45 PM

I have really BAD cellulite all over my body.. I gained a bit of weight, not a lot, and ever since I've had really bad cellulite, it's mostly my legs, stomach, bottom and the tops of my arms. But you can really see it sometimes ~

How can I get rid of it? Or atleast lessen it?
I googled it but it came up with a load of surgery things, and I don't want that, i want a natural way. I am currently on a diet, and doing 20 minutes of exercise per day.

It totally grosses me out, it's ruining my sex life - I can't even be naked ~ it's making me really depressed.

I have cellulite pretty badly too from gaining weight. Other than surgery, you can never get rid of it.

Tightening muscles and exercise can definitely tighten it up so it doesn't look as bad. And this will sound crazy but I've heard it from lots of people and even my doctor - caffeine helps! Not drinking it though.

Instead, take instant coffee grounds and go to the bath or shower. Then start rubbing the coffee grinds on the areas with cellulite. Apparently this is actually supposed to work, but I haven't been brave enough to test this theory haha.

Also, eating a low-fat and balanced diet can help reduce the appearance. There are several home remedies that may or may not work. I guess it can't hurt to try them though.

In a search engine type "cellulite home remedy" or "remedies". This brings up a lot of different and wild suggestions, but that may work.

You could also ask your doctor for suggestions.

So you have gray hair and you're only 26

that's just another reason I love you...
