Plus, we cannot tell you that really anyways. You should go to your doctor and talk to them. If you feel you could use a bit of weight loss, then start some exercising and again, ask your doctor for suggestions for a diet.
Generally, 20 minutes of exercise daily and a balanced diet can help greatly in weight loss. Sleeping well, eating right, etc. play factors, as well. I also suggest reading this as it might help and provide a bit more information on body weight. Keep in mind, this is just a rough sketch. BMI (body mass index) is not 100% accurate. And the formula provided is not either. It just gives you a rough estimate. So you have gray hair and you're only 26
