Started with weight loss

I lost a significant amount of weight without even trying. My diet is normal, yet somehow I managed to lose a lot of weight and I am unable to regain it. It has been about five months since I lost it.

My periods became extreamely irregular until I started birth control and after coming off, they are much better. However, I was also bleeding after having sex with my bf. Again this was like five months ago and this is no longer happening.

But the two combined are making me paraniod because I don't know why and it's driving me mad! Now, I have noticed my old back injury is bothering me more AND my entire back is tender to the slightest touch. It feels like my whole back is bruised, but there are no bruises, bumps, swelling, or even any kind of irritation!

So now, I've been severely freaking out, more than usual. I guess I am looking for anyone who has experienced similar problems or something to set my mind at ease. I know going to the doctor is the best thing, I have doctor appointments, but it would be nice to put my mind at ease until then. I have had problems where stress has physically effected me, but not like this.

I'm obsessing over it.

I have had problems with my digestive system all of last year . I am still having them. I got a number of tests done and they all came out to be normal
Every doctor told me it is just stress I believe them because I have never had problems with my digestive system. It is used to all the unhealthy food I put in it. (Though I eat enough healthy food too )
It is possible that all this is because of stress. Our bodies respond differently to stress. We face different physical symptoms when we are under stress.
A doctor can tell you the best though. Let me know how it went
