I'm sorry but we really aren't in any place to diagnose you. Going to the doctors is your best idea. I know a woman who didn't have periods for 4 years, and then they started again, out of nowhere, so you're not alone.
I don't think they ever found out what was wrong with her, but she has them back now, much to her dismay
If you are on birth control, that can affect your period, but you didn't mention ebing on any, so I'm presuming you're not.
Again, the doctors are the only ones who can tell for sure what is going on with you just now.

I totally agree with Lou. We can't diagnose you so the best thing to do would be to go back to the doctors. There might be a medical reason why you are not having periods, but only a doctor would be able to tell this.

If the pregnancy test came back okay, then you need to consult with your doctor. There's something causing these symptoms and they are who can figure it out and help the issues you're having. Don't ignore them and don't play them off.

Make a symptom diary. It'll help you and your doctor out in the long run to see what symptoms you had that day, how bad they were, etc.
