OW, my heel. - February 18th 2012, 01:38 AM

Hai.

So I dounbt any of you will know what this could be but for around the past 4-6 weeks I've had a bad pain in my heel. Like, sometimes it just aches but it always feels like, theres gravel or grit in my heal so when I walk I can like feel it moving. And it sometimes feels like it creeks. But when I am wearing shoes, it gets really painful, sometimes to the point where I can't physically walk.

I was thinking about going to the doctors. It's not getting any better but I think it sounds stupid

And ideas, suggestions?

Thankss,
Jessie

Hmm. The only thing that sounds familiar to me is how you said it feels like gravel is in your heel lol. I have that feeling in my hand, around the joint just under my thumb and it's been that way ever since I fractured it. The doctor said I actually chipped the bone...so the feeling I was getting was a tiny piece of bone floating round in there! I think if it's hurting you, why not just get the doctor to check it out? Can't hurt to ask!

Heya Jess,

As Megan has said the only time I've gotten that feeling was when I chipped my toe! Go to your doctor and go and get it checked It may be something simple or you may have a chipped the bone! Either way, get it checked <3
