nausea every day - March 18th 2012, 06:47 PM

So it's nothing serious, but it's doing my head in.
For the last maybe 2 weeks i've been feeling really sicky every morning. I'm a bit paler in colour, and the smell of food makes me feel sick.
I'm not actually sick- but gag and feel really dizzy and sick.

It goes away after about 2 hours- but every now and again throughout the day, i'll get a wave of nausea.

Any idea's what this could be?

Obviously first thought was pregnant- but i've had no other symptoms and no missed period...

So what else?

I actually had this problem a few months ago & found out it was vitamins I was taking.

Are you on any medications or taking any vitamins? Those could be it & you might want to try different brands. This may be something to speak to your doctor about.

Agreed with Barbara.

You might also not be getting the right foods. If you eat very little or just eat a lot of snacks or junk food, you aren't getting the nutrients your body needs. I've had this happen when I get busy with work.

So be sure you are eating at least one good (healthy) meal a day. AT LEAST!
And drink plenty of water.
