Migraines/Headache - March 20th 2012, 02:43 AM

Lately I've been getting horrible headaches.
Why?

I've been eating.
I get plenty of sleep.
I drink a TON of water.

Heeeellllppppp

It could have something to do with the food you have been eating, your caffeine consumption, a change in your medications, or your body reacting differently to the constant stress you have been having. What kind of headaches are they?

I agree with this ^

Also, depending on where exactly the headaches are, it could possibly be linked with your vision? As in either needing glasses or a new prescription if you already have them? Another thing I can think of is the air pressure. If there's been a drastic weather change recently, that could also be the cause. But, definitely ask your doctor about this if it persists!

Could be weather change! It was beautiful spring weather... then snow. Baha.
I'm not on any medication.

When I stand up my head throbs. I think it's mainly towards the front.

The weather changing here is giving me horrible headaches every day. But I'm also under a lot of stress, barely sleeping & not eating as much as I should be, haha. Either way, I'd suggest doing things that relax you. Go take a bath & listen to The Fray
