Drugs and Alcohol

ive been doing drugs and alcohol for quite a while is their anyway to stop one of those habits or even maybe both?

My best advice would be to get a good support team that can help you when you feel like you want to drink and do drugs. Join AA and NA, like she said^

Also, keep a positive attitude. That's really important. You can only get better if you WANT help, not just because you may need it. Good luck!
