I have been off drugs since March which means this month will be a half a year clean! That's the longest I've ever gone in over two years and my memory has improved, my mood has stabilized, and I just feel so much better.
And here you are living, despite it all.

I haven't drank alcohol since January, so about 9 months?
Quitting seems to have really helped my physical health and depression.
