Rhiannon, don't be afraid to go to your doctor. He is only there to help you; not judge you or anything else. You might think he has no idea about your problems but he must know a bit. Perhaps you could explain things to him so he does have a better understanding of how things are for you. If you find it any easier you could write it all down for your doctor. Then you wouldn't have to worry about what to say and could just give what you have written to him. I strongly think you should see your doctor though. I hope things go well.

Hey,

I know it is scary to get help but it is what you need right now. Drug and alcohol withdrawal is not something that you should ever go through without a doctor's supervision. I am so proud of you for wanting to quit but your withdrawal symptoms can be very hazardous to your health. You have already done one good thing (quitting drugs) now you just have to do one more and get the medical attention you need. All the willpower in the world won't stop your withdrawal symptoms. Please, make me even more proud of you by telling your doctor. I know you might think you need the pills he prescribes but I am sure there are other options and less addictive medications he can prescribe for you. Make a positive change in your life and get help. If you don't I promise you that you will regret it. I am here for you if you ever want to talk. I know what you are going through. Take care and please be safe.

Lots of love <3 Mimi
