Oops - if I were you I'd see a doctor who can prescribe medication to help you stop without telling your parents

Hi there Sophia, welcome to the site!

We can't give you any advice on this or tell you how to get served underage as the code of conduct states:
Users should not use TeenHelp to break the law in anyway, or to assist or encourage other users to break the law
so this means anybody that tells you where to get served would be assisting you to break the law if you have to be 18 to buy cigarettes.

If I were you I'd use this time to focus on quitting cigarettes as they're really unhealthy for you and increase the risk of you getting multiple illnesses and diseases in the future. However, I'm bias since I don't like cigarettes so it's ultimately your decision but if you have thought about quitting doing so at a time where there's less chance of you obtaining cigarettes may help you.

Take care

Hey Sophia,

Like Cara says, we can't give you details on where to obtain cigarettes illegally, and I wouldn't recommend doing so anyway - the trading standards enforcement in the UK is very strict, and thus very few shops would be willing to sell you cigarettes without proof that you're over 18.
Please note also that using a fake ID is considered fraud, and is another offence taken very seriously by the UK law enforcement agencies.
It is, however, legal for you to smoke in the UK, just not buy tobacco products. If someone over the age of 18 purchases cigarettes and you then smoke them, then this is not actually illegal as a legacy of the change of legal age from 16 to 18 is that it's still legal to smoke at 16, just not purchase cigarettes, etc.

If you're looking to give up smoking (something which, like Cara, I would very strongly recommend), then the UK has a lot of free advice and practical help available, the details of which are available on the NHS Smokefree website. I'm sure you're aware of the risks (particularly as you started so young, as this increases the chances of significant damage, even if you don't smoke very many per day), but if not they include lung cancer, throat cancer, heart problems, premature ageing and many, many more serious complications. I do hope you choose to quit, and if that's the case, I wish you the very best of luck in that endeavour.

Skittlify me up...
