xtc - May 5th 2009, 03:03 AM

Ok so ive been trying to stay off xtc for a bit now, I understand the effects of short term use but what about long term?
Can someone also gimme more tips on how to stay off it?

Well if you keep doing it over a long period of time it certainly fries your brain. Like they said on Weeds, doing ecstasy is like taking ice cream scoops out of your brain. Just occupy your time with things like hobbies, friends who don't do that type of stuff etc. You can just use google to find out the effects of long term use too.

Actually, with ecstasy being such a relatively new drug, and becoming illegal so quickly after becoming popular... no one really knows. There has been incredibly little research on long term effects.
