Cool Dizzy after smoking - November 2nd 2015, 06:48 AM

I've been smoking cigarettes full time for about 7 years. In the last 6 months every time I smoke I get dizzy and suddenly have no energy. It's so weird as I'm not new to smoking. I've had blood drawn, all tests etc and everything came back fine. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else because it's really confused me. I've completely cut down as I can't function properly if I smoke. I'll have one before bed, that's it. Is it my bodies way of telling me too give up? I don't miss them throughout the day, just weirded out how this just came about.

People are liable to developing sensitivities to all sorts of things at any time.

I know that it's common to feel light-headed whilst smoking a cigarette.

Ultimately, they're not good for you, so if this has caused you to cut down I think that can only be a good thing.

More people should listen to what their body is trying to tell them.

Be kind to yourself.

I have the same symptoms when I smoke. I breathe it all the way in and when I let it out, I get really dizzy.

That god does not exist, I cannot deny
That my whole being cries out for a god, I cannot forget.

The gates of Heaven were locked shut. The pits of Hell, they were all filled up. And I fear I don't belong here.....

How could someone so perfect feel so insecure? As to scar her skin with cuts and burns and still want to hurt more. How does someone so loving learn to hate her own guts? Drawing a picture on her arm with a blade, as if her mind wasn't dark enough

You really shouldn't be smoking if you are only 14.
Also cigarettes cause lightheadedness because of the nicotine rush to your brain.

And here you are living, despite it all.
