I've been drinking for quite some time. About a month ago, I started drinking alone. I got high of my ass, went home, and my parents found out. I don't know what to do. I told them everything, while I was high AF. Anything helps.

Hello,
I am so sorry that you are having a hard time with this and I hope that you will be okay soon. Can you try talking with someone about this and letting them know that you are having a hard time and you need some help with this. Also the next time you have the feeling to drink try getting you're mind off of this for a while. Try going for a walk or putting on music or something funny, a movie or TV show or calling a friend to talk with them or a family member. Or anything else that you like to do, so that it helps take you're mind off of this. It was really good that you told you're parents about this, great job. Can you ask them for help with this also? I hope that you will be okay soon.
