Unhappy Huffing... Adicted? Help! D: - October 24th 2009, 07:40 PM

Alright, well, Jim(mothers bf, soon to be so called step father) pushed me so far last night I inhaled a whip of body spray... And... Now I cna't stop... I couldn't go to sleep without a big whif of it, and I can't go through the day without a small one... Am I addicted?

What are some of the facts of doing this? I know it's not good, I looked some up ,but I want to hear it from you guys... I admit I need help... I am scared I am going down the wrong path... But I can't stop going for that next whif...

I need help, I don't know what to do... It started out as an accident, and now it's an addiction... I don't know what to do... I can't tell anyone about this... Well, can't tell my mom anyways, I am going to tell some friends and see what they think later...

I just need help... I don't know what to do... I have had about 12 sprays today... It's 4:40 and I woke up at 12...

It has developed extremely quickly if it is an addiction.
I wouldn't necessarily class it as one currently, I doubt your body is craving the stimulation to quite that degree just yet. But I imagine mentally, you enjoy the kick so go back for more, naturally.
Ultimately you need to realise that getting into aerosols, and any drugs only makes your problems worse.

Remove any aerosols from your room, preferably the entire house. Chew menthol gums, they'll give you a nasal relief which can help to subside any urges you may have.

Huffing is very dangerous, you can die from the first time doing it. It could be only a matter of time before something horrible happens to you.
