Sooo... - January 25th 2009, 10:23 PM

I get a small glass of wine whenever we get some wine, (which isn't that often, but it's getting more often, ever since mom was think of separating, and the actual separation.) and things have been getting worse for me, so when I get it, I want to glug it all down really fast.

I guess it's an alternative to cutting, since I couldn't get the blade close enough to cut. I know, I'm 14, I shouldn't become an alchoholic at such a young age, but my life has taken it's toll on me, and that's like an escape for me...

if you rely on drinking to manage your problems you're only going to end up an alcoholic. talk to your mom about your stress/etc. talking is a much better alternative to the self-destruction that is drugs/alcohol/cutting/etc

Talk to a trusted adult about, liken your mum or a teacher, or even ask you mum not to give you any when she has some.

Alcohol really isn't a good thing to become dependant off, it destroys your liver and kidneys, and you'll become really ill and despite all that, alcohol is a depressant so it will only make yourself feel worse.

You need to talk to someone to prevent you from becoming an alcoholic, drinking at such a young age could damage your liver and other organs greatly.
Anytime you get a glass of win just sip it slowly so it'll last you longer and you won't need to have another glass.

I usually do sip it slowly, but lately I just want to chug it down.. I can't talk to my mom about anything, she's part of the problem!!

then talk to a school counselor. and you're in control of your actions, just because you're really stressed out/upset/wanna chug the whole bottle of wine, doesn't mean you have to.

I'm homeschooled, (well, I homeschool myself, I have a CD) so that won't quite work out.

I know, I just want a way to get away.
