Sugar-free lollies (sweets) when I'm trying to keep the cravings for a cigarette away.

Lots and lots and lots and lots of water when I'm trying to keep the cravings for a coffee at bay.

Thing is, I'm addicted to both coffee and cigarettes. When I have one, I get a craving for the other. So, I find it difficult to have one but not the other. Gotta quit both at the same time.

And every other drug I've ever done is mainly for party-use. I've never used Ecstasy, Cocaine or LSD outside a party/function. Everything else, barring marrijuana, I've never tried.

Because in the end, it doesn't even matter.

i picked up working out really hard. The extensive exercise actually helps me a lot. Takes up the time I would have spent shooting up, and costs a hell of a lot less. And instead of nodding out or feeling like shit after, I feel really great about myself. It naturally stimulates my mind rather than putting me into slumps.
