My parents hav been on heroine for a while now she sold my ps3 and lost the hous and wev been living in a aparment for a year iv found her oding and today she finally freaked me out to much she has a chunk of skin missing right were she usually shoots it up

WOW! That's a bad way of that, you should seek help and try to help her to stop doing that because it's seriously damaging her life and yours aswell, and it's not going to get better. Try seeking Counsellor..

You aren't safe in your present situation. If I were you I would strongly consider contacting law enforcement.
