Not happy; don't know how to put up with this!!! - May 4th 2010, 08:37 PM

The one thing that drives me crazy!!!

The feeling of needing a cigarette!!! I just feel so low, stressed, angry. I can feel the timer ticking inside me until I actually snap.. I just need one so so so bad! I need to quit.. this habit is killing my mood. It's wrecking my health and it's expensive.

But I need some alternatives for NOW! Like tomorrow I can buy some nicorette gum.. which is twice as bloody expensive or some patches. But now.. I have no cigs, no gum.. nothing.. and in all fairness I feel like jumping out the window..

Wish I'd have never started!
Help wil be appreciated!

You could try sleeping untill the craving passes and you can buy some gum.
You don't need to give up straight away, try cutting down slowly so you need them less, it should help you learn to conrtol your cravings. For tonight, when you want one you could try eating something, it might help. Though if you do this over a long term period of giving up, it will result in weight gain.

Hope this helped!
