Question Weed - February 18th 2009, 12:52 AM

So over the past year ive definitely gotten into smoking weed and drinking. I found out my mom smokes from time to time and now its not encouraged but i wont get in trouble for smoking.

This weekend i smoked and i was almost a little scared of the high i got, thats never really happened before, but i have had some bad drug experiences since the last time i smoked, which had been the week after Halloween.

So did i tweak out because maybe it was laced, because my body isn't used to it again yet, or because of the other bad drug experiences?

Honestly, it's probably a combination of the three. It was laced, thus it was stronger... your body got used to the low, as if someone who's ceased drinking for a while; they'll be more 'loopy' in their drunkeness because their body isn't used to it anymore, and they probably won't be able to hold the liquor as well... and it's mind over matter, my friend. mentality affects everything.

If it was laced with whatever, then those extra ingredients could definately cause a different or stronger reaction. If you haven't had it for a while, I'm sure it'd be a rather sudden impact on your body to have it again, especially while mixed with hell knows what. I wouldn't say it's safe nor accurate to pinpoint it to one exact thing and disregard the others.

Like everyone else said it could be a few reasons combined.
Thats the thing about them being illegal they arent regulated (but Im not going to get into that) so your never sure... especially about strength and what amount to have, I think you kind of learn to judge that yourself.

Anyway what they said about taking a break is true, also everyone has different tolerance levels the more you smoke then your tolerance level builds up and you would need to smoke more to get high etc and Im sure you dont need me to elaborate anymore.

I doubt it was laced... It is a pretty uncommon to come across laced marijuana, as it normally costs the dealer more and they do not get repeat customers because of the experience.

Pot definitely affects you differently after taking a long time off from it, could have just been stronger stuff than you had been smoking before also.

I highly, highly doubt it was laced. Usually you will know. There's a distinct difference between a high with laced pot, a tweaked out high that you weren't ready for, or a high from really good weed. People don't normally waste their drugs to lace it and sell it to other kids just for the pleasure of it. If it's laced, the dealer will usually tell you, because if they do lace the bud they're looking to raise the price on it and get more money out of it.
