A problem or no problem? That is the question. - April 25th 2011, 07:33 AM

Okay, so I'm drunk right now - I'm not gonna lie. I've had about 2 shots of 40% vodka and 3-4 shots of 80% rum both with coca cola not added to the shot, and I've been doing this for about 4 months now. I don't particularly tihnk I have a drinking problem, but my brother does think I do but I beg to differ because I don't think I drink any more or less than any other teenager - which I read somewhere that most get drunk 1-2 times every week, I only do it once a week or less, maybe two or three times a month if I'm having a really bad day. I don't know, do you agree with him?

it is very unhealthy and although you may not seem to have a drinking problem because most teenagers drink, you are binge drinking which is seen as drinking problem and especially among teenagers these days binge drinking is a problem, so yes you have a drinking problem that is very common among teenagers, but its not a problem i feel needs help sought for, aslong as when you drink you are safe and dont take place in risky behaviours or activities

I'm assuming the last part was supposed to be "maybe two or three times a week"? Cuz otherwise that doesn't make sense.

But yes, I'd say you do have a problem, because you stated that you drink more if you've had a bad day. Drinking isn't something to rely on to feel better when things aren't going well. That's how you become dependent on it.

And just to give you a little insight on how people really act, I only drink to the point of getting drunk maybe once every month.

I've found the one who completes me.
This love is like nothing I've ever felt before. <3
