You've been clean thus far, which has been quite a long while, so why not keep this habit of staying clean up? You shouldn't do it for many reason. Health reasons of course, and now that you have a family, it would be a waste of time, money and energy do start again. It would have a huge negative impact on the way everyone sees you and acts around you, and your family would probably be devistated as well. It really just... isn't worth it in the end. it never is.

Do your absolute best to think of yourself, and your family. ANd if you need some extra help, find it in your family or professionally.

I hope you will be alright,
Shaun.

I am proud of you for resisting your urges. I know it can be hard. Why not do it? IT ISN'T WORTH IT! Believe me I know. It isn't worth ruining your live over. It isn't worth potentially losing your daughter over. Coke isn't that great to begin with and it certainly causes more problems for everyone involved. It sounds like you have been clean for awhile but you could still benefit from drug counseling. They can help you deal with your urges and help you figure out what triggers you to use. Stay strong and PM me anytime you are feeling like giving in I will do my best to help.

Hang in there <3

I think its great that youve recognised the really good things in your life and that by taking cocaine again it would jeapodise that, I also think its a positive sign your thinking about boxing to take your mind off things
Keep up the good work hon x
