My mum yet again :( - December 27th 2015, 01:32 PM

Well every time I go on a diet my mum twists because it oats me money, well she bought me a pair of size [edited] jeans for Christmas and be a use I don't fit into them yet she keeps calling me a fat pig and a bitch, I told her I'm gonna go on a diet to fit into then but she is twisting about the money again, it's always going to cost money to diet just the same as it does eating normally. But what else has got to me is that she bought be a [edited] pair of Frozen pjs and she knew they would be too big but I get the feeling she is drumming in that I am fat. I've had enough I really have. I've tried talking to her about it but she still goes on like a child. But if she wants me to fit info these jeans I'm going to have to on a diet, they won't even go over the tip half of my legs and that really depressed me.

Hey,

I don't think your mom should have bought you those if she knew you weren't going to fit into them. It's not fair for you to have to be upset about these jeans when they would have fit you if she got you the correct size in the first place. It can be really tough when your clothes don't fit but try not to let it get to you. Everyone is built differently and that's okay. If eating is something you want to work on, maybe instead of dieting, you can just focus on making healthier food choices when you can. I think it's more of a balance between unhealthy and healthy food and a little bit of exercise here and there. For instance, you can get grilled chicken instead of fried and you can eat darker greens instead of the lighter ones. Little things like that make a big difference over time. Do you have the receipt for those jeans, or do you know what store she got them from? Maybe you can take them back and get a pair that will fit you instead of trying to fit into the pair that is too small.

Hang in there.

Hello Michaela

btw , you know me. :P Just ignore your mom's expectations, because no matter how you look like on the outside.. the fact is that real beauty lies on the inside. You're much better than you think you are, and you're a proud mom of a beautiful child. That alone is more than what plenty of other people can say for themselves. I find the superficial aspect of people very unimportant compared to their personality and their heart. How you act determines your true worth, your true awesomeness and just how nice of a person you are.

I can already say that you're a very nice person who's a blessing to everyone you know.

And if your mom is inconsiderate and likes putting you down, its because she's running away from her insecurities and the fact that you're being a responsible, caring person. You are the very person she wishes she could be on the inside but probably never will, because your personality surpasses her in every aspect.

You are the caring, warm and tender parent she couldn't be, and that's something to be proud of. I don't think there's any form of beauty more pure, more awesome than that.

Be proud of yourself
