help! my parents found out about my drug abuse!

a few weeks ago, my parents found my cigs and vape pen. now they know about the over $350 i took to get the drugs. what should i do? my dad has already dissowned me.

i wish they would forget about the drugs and forgive me. it's been several weeks, and they just critisise me for it. they found out how much, and almost called the cops. i also wish my dad had not dissowned me.

I'm sorry this has been so stressful for you. This sounds like it's an ongoing problem if it's leading you to steal money to do this. If it really is a one time thing, then learn from it. Unfortunately, you can't control how your parents feel. Angry and disappointed I'm guessing, and they have a right to be upset about this. You're going to have to build their trust back and stop using (or get help to stop using) even if you don't think there's anything wrong with what you're doing, they obviously do.

I have had an ongoing addiction for a lng time. im very glad they think that i was using the money on cigs, as i was(and am) ddoing acid. if they find out more, i could be dissowned entirely
