Lost a friend on here not sure what to do?

a friend of mine has not been active on this site for about a year, i just wanted to say goodbye, i feel really bad

Hello Sam,

I am so sorry that you are having a hard time with this and hope that you will be okay soon. When we become friends with someone and then we are not talking to them anymore it can hurt us, because we had so much fun talking. Everyone on Teenhelp is very nice to talk to and you can become friends. We also have the chat room and so many people go on and talk, they all have a lovely time. Maybe see if you can give it a try. I'm always around if you want to talk:) Try to find something to get your mind off of this for a while if you can. Going for a walk around your house or reading or drawing or painting or putting on music or a funny movie or TV show for a while or find something that you enjoy doing. I hope you will be okay soon.

Hi there Sam,

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't get a chance to say goodbye to your friend. It can be upsetting when we wish to get back in contact with someone we care about. The only thing I can suggest is maybe sending them a Private Message in hopes that they might reply when they come back to the site. As Emma mentioned, we do have a whole community that will be more than happy to become friends with you too. :)
