why doesn't he just tell me the truth? - August 19th 2009, 07:07 PM

This is about my ex boyfriend/exfriend we don't really talk anymore..anyways
we just started talking like 3 months ago and it was very little conversation anyways yesterday I started a conversation with him and he gave me one worded answers to almost every question I asked him and he logged off. We used to be ablew to talk about anything I get that we can't do that now because we would talk about depressing things and suicide and im not completley over it I don't talk about that stuff anymore its just I don't know anything about his life anymore and it sucks...It seems like he doesn't even want to talk to me and if he doesn't well that would make me sad but I would understand it...Why can't he just tell me he doesnt want to talk to me? Should I ask him if he want to talk to me? what should I do?

Don't lose who you are, in the blur of the stars
Seeing is deceiving, dreaming is believing,
It's okay not to be okay
Sometimes it's hard, to follow your heart
Tears don't mean you're losing, everybody's bruising,
Just be true to who you are

Hey Frankie.

Well, I've got to be honest with you here and say that I think that you should really consider just moving on. Apparently, he's just not in the mood for rekindling the friendship, and if that's how he feels and acts, even if he doesn't directly say it, I think that you should respect him in that, you know? This is so cliche, but there are more fish in the sea. Really, I swear it.

If you need people to talk to, perhaps you could try looking to talk to your other friends or a trusted adult, such as a school teacher or counselor? I know it's hard to randomly go in their offices and strike up conversations about difficult situations, but they really are on campus to make sure that you're feeling you're very best, and they've dealt with that kind of thing before.

I know this was blunt and short, but it's how I feel about the situation. Good luck with everything.
