Exclamation Senior Trip, Please Help!!! - January 21st 2009, 09:23 PM

Okay, so lemme try to make this brief. I have 2 options for senior trip. I can either go on a cruise wit a few guys or go to miami, florida with a group of friends. Each trip has pros and cons and I need help deciding please!!

Ok, cruise: 2nd n 3rd best guy friends are goin. couple other guys i dont know well but they're cool. Going to Mexico. Going to drink and party all the time and hook up with chicks, good deal ! However, I would miss a few of my otha friends going to florida. And if I go on the cruise my friends ex is prolly coming and shes going to hang with me and I dont want to babysit.

Florida: Few more friends going than the other trip including my bes friend. They're supposed to go scuba diving, dolphin swimming, para-sailing, clubbing etc. However, the chances of hooking up with a girl are miniscule, even meeting a girl will probably be difficult. Also, I'll be 17 on the trip so no clubbing for me

I'm torn between the 2 and need a push in one direction. Both groups want me to go and I dont know which to choose and the deadline is coming up real fast. Help! Thanks a bunch!!!

*Sorry if this is in the wrong spot, but I figured it counts as friends

I would say the first. It sounds like more fun all around, plus maybe you'll get closer with those friends.

I'd say the 2nd. It seems more fun.

I'd say the first one, but that might just be because I'm so used to Florida. When is the trip? Spring break or some parts of summer are really not great times to be here.

I'd weigh the cost and what I could do. I'd probably go on the 1st since i've never been on a cruise and you get to go to Mexico. do you already have a passport, that may help way your decision, do you get sea sick (or does it run in your family?). I agree its a good chance to get closer to the other group. For me personally I like the cruise.
