secrets from friends - January 24th 2009, 08:16 PM

okay so there are a few things that have been on a mind for a little while and i dont know how to express them to one of my best friends. i mean i wouldnt exactly call them secrets but you catch my drift.

anyways, i kind of fele guilty not telling my friend some things because for one i tell her pretty much everything, and 2 becuase im afraid of what she will think.

what do you all think? i know it might be hard to give advice without knowing what im thinkikng, but i dont really want to share at this moment.. so should i suck it up and talk to her and explain to her my uncertain-ness or just not tell her...

Hi there Kelly,

This is a tough one for me to answer because I don't really know what this secret is. And I know that it's a secret so you don't want to say.

I think that depending on what it is you should just use your judgment to figure out whether or not you should tell her. There is nothing wrong with keeping things to yourself, so don't feel obligated, but if you think it is appropriate then you should probably tell her.

I wish I could have been more helpful about the situation.

All the best to you.
Nat.

The great artists of our time are the ones who created something timeless. But it was never them defining it that way.

Well first, let your friend know that there are things you want to tell her but you aren't sure how, and that you're hoping she can understand.

If you're worried about verbalizing whatever it is, perhaps write it down or send it via the internet somehow.

From there you can decide if you want to go through with telling her or think it'd be better off to wait.
