Exclamation I don't know what to do - December 3rd 2009, 08:00 PM

This thread has been labeled as triggering by the original poster or by a Moderator. Please take this into consideration before continuing to read.

I'm having serious problems at home... were not happy anymore.

My mom is sick and she is always sad and worried because she can't go to the doctor because it's too expensive. we are migrants and are still trying to get used to everything. My mom always says that maybe she's really really sick, I'm scared... I love my mom and I don't want her to die... I don't know what to do

And then my dad is acting very, very weird. He changed, I don't like him anymore.

They are always telling me their problems but I'm the kind of person that doesn't handle problems very well, and right now I have a lot of problems and I think I'm gonna explode...seriously, but I won't tell them that, ever, because they need me to listen to them... but I can't take it anymore.

What do i do? I don't want to tell them that all the drama is affecting me.
I am so sad, I most of the time wish that God can take me as long as my family is safe and happy, they are everything to me.

Can you please advice me something that doesn't involve me talking to them.

The stress seems to be taking its toll on you. I understand that you don't want to tell your parents that the drama is getting to you because you want to be there for them. You say that your Dad's changed. How so? He must be miserable about your Mum's sickness. Confiding in someone always helps so.. if you ever want to chat.. I'm always here.

You need some way to vent the emotions you are feeling. Find something you like/love doing. Watch some comedy. Or hang out with good friends. But find something that you know by your heart that you love it. And focus on that. Spare some time for yourself also.
