My life has taken a disgusting turn. It all started when i began using my parents credit card a few years ago which made them angry, my relationship with them has worsened. They have moved me from private to public school. I hate public school, i barely attend, i have no friends there, i learn nothing & get bullied because im seen as an outside.
Ive attended meetings with the priciplE

but nothing motviates me to attend this school. I am a B grade student with high aspirations of geeting a degree in Law.
i have made a plan, When i turn 14 & 9 months, which is in just over a month, i will get a part time job and work my ass off save as much as i can for furniture, work non stop over the christmas holidays up until the first of January then get my own place, continue working non stop, as well as attend school and receive some cenTrelink benefits and manage my own lifestyle. Its just this part im stuck with,
My parents think im uncontrollable, which i guess i am sorta as i dont attend school much although I have upped my attendace, they want to put me into the state of the ward i have no idea what to do please help. Where can i go ?

I think you need to get your priorities straightened out. Sorry if that comes off as a bit blunt, but think about this for a moment. Your dream is to attend law school. In order to do that, you need to get excellent grades while in high school and college. You are already struggling to find the motivation to attend class. How will getting a part-time job and dealing with the stress of moving out of your parents' house improve your motivation? Essentially, you're just running away from your problems. Changing your environment CAN help... but to me, it seems like this would do more harm than good. A 15-year-old living on her own, trying to get through school AND pay rent?

Talk to your parents. Work toward reconciliation, rather than attempting to run away from the problems you have in your relationship by moving out of their house. See if you can switch to another public school and start over. If you can't, then make the best of your situation and concentrate on your school work, keeping your dream of attending law school in mind. Find a support system outside of school, perhaps by joining a club or sports team. You could also volunteer around your community and meet people through organized activities.

If your parents realize that you are sincerely making an effort to change your life for the better, then I doubt they will follow through with their threats. Right now, however, they may not be convinced. It's your job to prove to them that you are willing to do whatever it takes to get back on track. =)
