Unhappy I'm getting sent to 'Child Services' :( - November 11th 2010, 06:14 AM

I've been getting bullied at school so I've been taking a few days off of school, the school rang my mum and told my mum that I have been wagging (this has been happening through-out the course of 3 terms), Mums pissed off doesn't believe that I could be getting bullied as I don't have any 'bruises' and have never been through this before. Theres not a day I dont get called 'fag gay' get things thrown at me, get told to commit, get dirty looks or chairs thrown at me.

I have asspirations in life and tell my mum i want to go to University shes told me that I'll never make it. She has never supported me with anything, My step-father has repedetly hit me, thrown me into walls, called me worthless (as has my Mum) and now they are sending me to Child Services.

I'm 15 in about a month and live in Victoria in Australia. What are my rights? I do understand I can go to a family member, is it possible for me to go to a close friend whos about 28 (but not related to me) ? Just need to know whats going to happen to me tomorrow morning.
Please help

Thats a horirble situation to be in, but do you really WANT to be at home with an abuse step father and a mother who tells you that you wont get anywhere in life and doesnt believe you get bullied?

I don't really know anything about the legal system in australlia,, try to talk to a teacher at school, or your close friend who is 28 about this

best of luck, im sorry i couldnt of been more help!xxxxx

that is an awful situation, but nobody has a right to hurt you like that (emotionally/physically). i know that you wish that you could tell them what you really think, but lets be realistic here.

satelliteheart is right. you need to talk to somebody maybe a counselor (i've been there, they are actually helpful).

best of luck.
