Question what should I do??? - March 10th 2009, 09:49 AM

Ok, so I have this really close friend right & she keepsbeing mean bye not saying bye or she has sharp mood swings & I promised that I wou;dn't give up & that I would be there for her but her mood swings are killing me I mean she says things to me & I'm like "wow . . . " & then I have to think "well does she mean it or is it a mood swing?" but I never know . . . so I have no idea what to do, I just need help . . . I mean I love her & all & shes like my best friend & I feel I can tell her almost anything but . . . :sign:
I just don't know . . .

Thanks for your help. :hugs:
Love Isabella.

Try talking to her about it, about how she seems to be having mood swings and some of the comment she's saying are upsetting you. It could be that something is happening at home/school or something that is causing her some upset which is triggering the mood swings.

Isabella.

i think its just a mood swing.. everyone gets them sometimes but the thing is that people will say really bad things especially when they arent in control of their emotions hence, she probably doesnt even mean what she says. she's just not thinking straight on the spur of the moment.

i suspect that there's something causing her to have mood swings... if there's some problem (i hope not ) thats bugging her, she might be feeling down and use the mood swings to cover up how she's really feeling. i know that the true fact is just that she needs someone to talk to and support her no matter what it takes mood swing or not, that's one fact that she'll cherish and be happy about. The way i see it, she needs some emotional support.. and then she'll really be able to have a regular mood again

in case you need any help, we're all always here.
