I promised my best friend I wouldn't listen to this song "Why" as much. Last night I did, for 2 hours and I fell asleep listening to the song. Am I a bad person because I broke a promise?
 Would my friend be mad at me? Or scared for me?

I'm not really sure why your friend would make you promise to not listen to a song, but no, you're not a bad person in my opinion. It sounds like a really irrational promise, and I wouldn't feel bad about it if I were you.

You are not a bad person, for me a bad person is someone that has
negative qualities like hatred, envy, greediness, etc. you made a promise to your friend that you wouldn't listen to a certain song and you did your friend will probably be upset but will get over it, it's not a big thing just a song. You can do two things:
Tell her you listen to the song because you wanted to and needed some music to sleep. Or lie to her and tell her you didn't there is no way she can know if you listen to the song unless you tell her. Either way I'm not sure why she made you promise that, was it because she wanted to listen to the song together? Or she was just being silly about the song? It's up to you to decide what to do.
