Triggering: just cant take my parents anymore

my parents are stressing me out they wont get me any help at all and its just so stressful i have to deal with it without their help. Also my step mom seems like she made it her personal goal to make sure im not smiling at all. last year i mangage to quit SH Drugs and so much now im SH again and having thought of suicide was thrown backwards i hate feeling this way because of them and i cant move out when im 18 because i need somewhere to stay im visually impared so if i left i wouldnt be able to get to college which my house is about a mile from it but i been in and out of the hospital medical reasons and that has stopped the phisacal about but my SH will raise questions -__- my parents r just stessing me out i cant seem to handle it anymore i just want them to understand but i know they never will i dont know how long i can take this for

Are there any organizations within the area that support visually (or otherwise physically) impaired individuals get on their feet upon turning 18? Do you qualify for disability checks? Have you spoken to your prospective university about student grants and loans? How about applying for FAFSA, so you can get CalGrants? I know you're dealing with a lot of stress right now, but I just want you to know that there ARE resources available to you. Talk to your school counselor and see if she can help you find the phone numbers/websites for organizations, government agencies, your university's financial aid office, the FAFSA office, etc.

I'm in a VI class for the visually impaired and they are a great help but not a lot of people understand the stress of it and my teacher is helping me with scholarships for the visual impaired and I don't really tal with my counselor anymore
