Toblerone - December 8th 2017, 06:13 PM

Toblerone is one of the luxury chocolates available, courtesy of switzerland. I'm not sure how to describe it, but it's quite thick and unusually shaped and would reccomend either eating no more than half of the bar at a time (or sharing with 1 or 2 people) so not to get a sickly feel.
Since it's christmas time, i've been buying the giant bars, but yes they probaly have them available in smaller bars (in case anyone got confused there)

I have had these before. I thought they were really good and would definitely love buying more but they are a tad bit hard to find here. The local store that I go to doesn't carry them and I don't want to have to drive to the store that does carry them since it's rather far.

does amazon deliver to your location? i would assume it was pretty worldwide
you can get them along with whatever food/drink/convenience items you want in a box that's what i do and thats where i found the big toblerone bars

definately preffer the white over the dark (i guess this ones a little too dark for lack of better way to explain?)
since plenty of chocolates brown and tastes great

Well, there are three types of chocolate in the United States: white, milk, and dark. Then you have the sweetened and unsweetened types of chocolates. It might be different in Europe with the way they process the chocolates, but I can definitely tell the difference between a chocolate bar from England and a chocolate bar from the United States. Sorry, just a little bit of fun fact I wanted to add!

I've had Toblerone before, both I bought in Italy (and probably England) and that I've had sent to me via care package from Europe. Like abibiliophobe said, it is hard to find around here. You really have to go to a specialty shop or to a large supermarket that carries a greater variety of foods.

We have the dark, milk, white and fruit and nut versions of Tolberone in pretty much all of the grocery stores as well as dollar stores and gas station or 7/11 stores. It's easy to find it where I am. We've bought it when we were in Europe as well.

I'm not a massive fan of chocolate but I've had the white one a few times. They come in a variety of sizes (smaller and bigger and then there's a really big size).
