Due to allergies in my family, I make egg free pancakes. It is possible to sub eggs in recipes. There is egg replacer but I donít tend to use it that much. I like using 1/4 of a cup of applesauce (unsweetened) for every egg or my other go to is a flax ďeggĒ which is done by mixing together GROUND (this is important, you can buy them ground or grind them yourself, but they have to be ground) with water. I do 1tbsp of flax with 3 tbsp of water per egg that is called for. There are other options but this is what I personally use.

I donít usually follow a recipe per say when making pancakes because I whip things together and play around with different flavours like green smoothie or berry. However, this is one that I found in my notes that I tried and it worked okay. I divided the recipe since I had tripled it as well as changed some things around
Dry:

1 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt

Wet:

2 tbsp butter (i use a vegan butter and it works well but you can use regular)
1 tbsp oil (I use coconut oil)
1 cup milk (I used soy or some other dairy free version)
1 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla

Mix the wet ingredients together first in a small bowl and then gently whisk together with the dry ingredients. You donít want to over whisk them.

Iíve also made this recipe and found they were actually really good as well as this one before.

Some good substitutes for eggs in recipes is applesauce, banana, or a flax egg which is three tablespoons of water and one tablespoon of flaxseed and you let it sit for about 10 minutes. My favorite pancake recipe is one cup of oat flour, one banana, and one cup of non-dairy milk.

And here you are living, despite it all.

Yea you can. There is no proper recipe I would say. Just your wish, you can decide what goes in.

My son is allergic to egg. Because of that I never used to make pancakes. Since this is a recipe of eggless pancake, I think I should try it.

Hey. I cooked pancakes without eggs. It is a strange dish. There is a lot of flour and they are more like a dough and not like pancakes.
