Well, I make some excellent scrambled eggs, which is really mostly egg but with a ton of other ingredients. So here's my recipe...

Crack as many eggs as you want into a bowl - I use two.
Mix soy sauce and hot sauce with the eggs.
Mix spices into the eggs - paprika is a good one, but you should use others too.

Now cut up some meat - you can use bacon, ham, sausage, any breakfast sort of meat you can think of.
Also, cut up some vegetables - I use onions and peppers, but you can use whatever you want.
And get out some shredded cheese (any kind) and feta cheese, but don't do anything with them yet.

Get out a frying pan and melt some butter, or whatever you normally use for that...it doesn't really matter.
Put the meat and vegetables in first. Wait for them to cook a little bit.
Now put in the egg mixture and the feta cheese if you are using that.
I'm assuming you've made scrambled eggs before and know what to do from here.
But right before you take the eggs out of the frying pan, put the shredded cheese on top.
Don't mix it in - just fold or turn over the eggs on top of it to make it melt a bit.

And now you have (mostly) scrambled eggs

By the way, for those that are allergic to eggs, they can be substituted with rice - and it still tastes great

Omlette is good and you can put whatever ingredients you want in it. You could have a plain one or one with mushroom or ham or sweetcorn, I love them

French toast! Yum!! That's good!
Otherwise, if you do want something a little more elaborate or lunch/dinner like, deviled eggs are really good!!
Usually, I love my eggs scrambled with dry/fresh herbs and pepper tossed in a bit of good mustard sauce! Or even boiled eggs with some mayo, pepper, mushrooms and mustard sauce...I find eggs and mustard go really well!

Eggy bread is great

And cheesy scrambled egg, which i discovered when my cheese omlette started going wrong and I thought "I could mix it up to make scrambled egg ... it'll have cheese in though." = cheesy scrambled egg

I like fried egg on toast too.
