Well, when you're young you're more likely to be hungry all the time, it happens. It takes a little while for your body to feel full, so drink plenty of water while and after eating to make you feel fuller. Don't overdo it of course, moderation is key.

drink lots of water and keep yourself busy. Also, certain foods tend to make you fuller longer.

doesn't drinking lots of water make you retain more water? I have alot of water weight that I could love to lose.

It's perfectly normal. We all have days where we want to eat and eat, then we have those days where we don't want to eat at all. That's why they teach you in Parenting class that you should never force a child to eat. If they want to eat, they'll eat. If they don't, they won't. If it gets to a point where you notice a significant weight gain, then you might want to discuss this with a health professional. At this point, though, I wouldn't worry about it. I have those days, too. I'll go a day where I eat one meal, and that's it, then I'll have days where I want to eat everything in sight. :P

Drinking lots of water helps you pee, so no, you won't retain weight. In fact, you'll be more apt to lose water weight. If you want to lose five-ten pounds really quickly, drink a lot of water for a couple weeks. Don't expect the rapid weight-loss to continue, though. You'll just be cleansing your system.

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. . .
