Who all has had quinoa on here and what's your favorite thing to do with it?
I'm actually trying a breakfast recipe that I found online with it right now.

I love it! When I used to have a job, I would take quinoa salads into work with beetroot and feta cheese and green beans and a really nice sweet chilli and lime dressing. Quinoa gratin is nice too, it basically just layers of sliced veggies and quinoa like courgette and aubergine and tomato with layers of cheese in it too. I generally just use it instead of rice or cous cous because it has such a ncie flavour. I've never had it for breakfast though, I shall have to look into it

I just looked up some breakfast recipes for quinoa, and once I run out of porridge, I'm gonna start using quinoa for a bit
it looks yummy!
