When I was little I refused to try it because I didn't think a 'cake made of cheese' would taste very good. But then one day I tried it and now I LOVE it!

I love cheesecake and I'm not really all that fussy what type of cheesecake because they're all so nice!

I remember back in school when someone made a cheesecake in food technology and their base didn't set properly so they had floaty bits in it.

I love myself a good ol' cherry cheesecake. Oh and on the philadelphia cream cheese website there is this cheesecake recipe customizer. Where you can basically create a recipe for a cheesecake including all your favourite things. Just thought I would let all you other cheesecake lovers know that :P
