Diabetic recipes? -

My mom has recently been diagnosed with Diabetes.
She was admitted to hospital and when she left she was given no information on what she can and cant eat. If anyone has any information that I could pass on to my mom I would be very grateful. Thank you all Laura xx Do You Take The Non-Believers, Because I'm A Non-Believer

I don't really know any off the top of my head but there's plenty of recipe books out there dedicated to diabetic recipes so perhaps look into getting some of them. I know The Works has an extensive range of recipe books and it's pretty cheap so I recommend heading there next time you go shopping
 There's also this website that I get all of my recipes from http://allrecipes.co.uk/recipes/diabetic-recipes.aspx So check out things on there too Take care  |
