This is a wee bit random, but do you like jalapeños? Before working around them in concessions, I honestly couldn't stand them. (Oddly enough, it's the ONLY concession food I've begun to like after working in the concessions; every other food I now hate...i.e., hot dogs)
Customers have the option to add jalapeños to their nachos, something I would have never in a million years considered before. But now, I love the spicy smell of the jalapeños. And mostly, I love knowing the calories I burn when I eat them. ;D When no one is looking, I'm always sneaking a bite   So, if I were to ask you if you wanted jalapeños with your nachos, what would you say? :] What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. . .

Jalapenos alone aren't that great, but with something else they're wonderful. I personally love a jalapeno bacon cheeseburger. So damn good.
However, they smell good no matter what. I worked in concessions too, and like you, I made nachos that sometimes had jalapeno. It smelled wonderful. We will ask nothing. We will demand nothing. We will take. French Graffiti, 1968 29078006202249 |
