I made the most delicious banana bread EVER. ZOMG. Plus, it's not too many calories
  Ingredients: -2 Bananas -1 Egg -2 Tbl. Butter -Salt -1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda (or 1.5 teaspoons Baking Powder) -1/4 cup Applesauce -1 1/4 Cup Flour -1/4 cup Sugar -and chocolate chips to your liking

WAIT. CARA JUST REMINDED ME I FORGOT DIRECTIONS!!!!
Okay. Pre-set oven to 350. Mix the softened butter and sugar together for about 3 minutes. (Beat on medium or hand beat very hard) Add in the egg and applesauce and beat some more. Fold in the mashed bananas (about 1 cup) In a separate bow, mix the flour, baking soda and salt together. Mix in the flour mixture with the liquids slowly. Mix in chocolate chips (or nuts) Coat a loaf pan with cooking spray. Bake in an over for about 45-60 minutes (depending on your oven) Check with a toothpick to make sure it comes out clean. Let it sit for 2 minutes and be careful cause it's hot. |

Okay, that's the only banana bread I would be willing to eat. That's pretty impressive because I'm not the biggest fan of banana bread. I hate when it has nuts, but if it doesn't I can't stand how banana-y it is. (I'm ridiculous, I know. xD) The chocolate chips would be perfect! I'm going to have to make it sometime. =)
